REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
You have the right to return your ordered items within 14 days of receiving them, provided that the items are unused and in their original condition. In case of exchange or return, you pay the return shipping, and Berg Österdahl does not refund any shipping or customs costs or other charges related to import or return. In the event of a complaint due to damaged or incorrect items, we will replace the item free of charge or refund what you have paid, including the shipping cost. We follow Swedish law in the case of returns and disputes.
All items in the online store are handmade and unique. Each photo of an item is a guide but does not show the exact item being shipped to you. Small differences are normal!

Please note that you as the customer are responsible for the goods until they reach us, which is why it is important that you keep the tracking number.
REFUND OF PAYMENT
Upon return, we will refund your payment. Any payment costs related to the purchase are not refundable. We will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item back and confirmed that it is unused and in its original condition.
If you need to make a complaint regarding the object's defects in quality, contact us at email@example.com. We will evaluate the error and try to help you. The right to complain does not apply to defects caused by wear or improper use. To verify that the item was purchased in Berg Österdahl's web shop, we always ask you to state the original web order number when making a complaint. If you contact us by e-mail, please explain the reason for your complaint and send high-quality pictures of the fault as well as your web order number. We follow Swedish consumer legislation in case of complaints.
If we accept your complaint, we will:
1. Repair the item if possible.
2. If the product cannot be repaired, we will send you a return slip to return the defective item and send you a new product. We pay for the shipping costs.
3. If the item cannot be repaired and is expired, we will provide you with a similar item or refund you for the item.
If a package is damaged on arrival, you should immediately report it on the spot to the courier or parcel hub. If you have opened the package and discover damage, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
According to Swedish law, we must ask for your consent to process your personal data. All information you give us or that we receive when you visit our website will be handled responsibly and securely by Berg Österdahl. The information will be used to enable us to fulfill our business obligations to you and for marketing purposes. Berg Österdahl will not disclose your personal data to a third party for marketing purposes unless you agree to it. If the personal data is incorrect or irrelevant, you have the right to request that it be corrected or deleted.
You can determine the use and scope of

You can set your computer so that every time a cookie is placed you will be notified or you can turn off all cookies via your browser (in the help function of your browser you can learn how to change or update your cookies correctly). We would like to point out that this is considered a computer setting and these settings only apply to the computer where they are made. Due to the difference in weight and size between items, fees vary.
Shipments within Sweden are charged SEK 95 (0-3 kg) / SEK 355 (3.1-10 kg) and are carried out by Posten.
Shipments within Europe are charged SEK 360 (0-3 kg) / SEK 459 (3.1-10 kg)
IMPORT TAX AND CUSTOMS (FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION)
When ordering from countries outside the EU, you must pay import tax and duty according to local regulations in your country upon delivery of your order. Therefore, the order value does not include Swedish VAT. The amount of tax and duty payable varies in each country.
Payments are handled by Klarna or Paypal. You can pay with Visa, MasterCard and other options depending on your location. The transmission of credit card information is encrypted. Tellkiddo AB does not store any credit card information.
